Sarah Wall has been in L&D and OD for over
20 years in a variety of corporate roles, most recently as OD Director for a
Global Fashion Organisation. She is an accredited coach, NLP practitioner and
has numerous qualifications in a variety of L&D interventions. She has an
outstanding ability to combine L&D with commercial results and was the first to
win two National Training Awards for a multiple fashion retailer. Her passion is
leadership development whether it is working with individual senior leaders,
developing and delivering leadership development programmes or working with
executive teams to build excellence.
Authentic Leader is a partnership between
David Harris and Sarah Wall.
Together they bring a wealth of corporate leadership experience, learning and
development, culture development and natural horsemanship. Having both worked in
senior leadership positions they appreciate the pressures on leaders today and
the increasing challenges of today’s high pressure, uncertain environment.
