A lovas coachingban találtam
meg azt a területet, amely inspirál, mivel általa összekapcsolhatom a
coaching szemléletű vezetésben és a sportban szerzett tapasztalataimat.
Külön örömöt jelent, hogy a
folyamatban legkedvesebb trénertársaimmal, a lovaimmal dolgozhatok együtt és
munkánk eredménye fontos felismerésekhez segít hozzá másokat.
I have found the area that me inspires in the horse assisted coaching, as
through this I can connect my experiences gained from the coaching style of
leadership with those from the sport.
It means a special joy in the
process that I can work with my best co-trainers, with my horses, and the
result of our job can provide important recognitions to others.
