The highlights of
our 5th Annual Conference agenda
According to the conference motto "Experience Change!" we'll go within two hours
through a serial of hands-on exercises with horses, using the model of
Appreciative Inquiry.
The question we'll start with is: What is really good today in the field of
Horse Assisted Education? Afterwards we'll ask: what is our dream? And
thereafter we'll design the futur and look at our destiny. We'll have eight
facilitators in this part of the program: Dave Harris, Beate Haussmann, Antje
Kümmerling, Stephan Meyer, Verena Neuse, Armin Probst,
Bettina Städter and Peter Tester.
One of our Success Stories will be presented by Armin Probst, interHRim®:
"In changing and demanding times, it is necessary to be creative to make the
horse move. Unusual approaches, unusual ways, moving away from standards and
offering different ways to success and sustainability - this is what makes a
vision happen. It is creating new possibilities for better business for
customers and ....your own revenue. Attending the Human Resources fair of the
'German Society for Human Resources Management' in Wiesbaden with 'alive' horses
was such a step. Horse Assisted Education - not as a theoretical display, but
rather a live and concrete live performance for HR (Human Resources) people.
Follow us for 20 minutes and get some insights, what was necessary to do an
unusual step, what happened during the event and what followed it."
Most of our members already know Zé Carlos Fonseca Ferreira from Brazil. He'll
focus on a very important marketing topic: social networking. He has done lately
a lot of work on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc to support his
marketing efforts. We are sure, that this knowledge will be helpful for all the
participants: "Social Media and Horse Assisted Education".
Fabio Manzetti will present culture related considerations and cross cultural
impacts of his HorsEcutive experiences: "Individual case studies in Norway and
Italy."
As already mentioned in the previous newsletter Eula Rohan (Australia) will
share her concept of "Coaching from a place of empathy".
To get some views from outside the EAHAE, we invited a few very interesting
people to present at the conference. As a reward they will get a free place at
the pre-conference HorseDream Change-Management-Seminar.
The
conference is planned for appr. 80 participants.

from Stockholm to Hamburg Lübeck Blankensee (LBC) for 2 Euro (plus taxes and
luggage)! That's really cheap. So this would be the best way to fly in: (http://www.ryanair.com).
There is another possibility to fly from or via
Munich to Rostock Laage (RLG):

The airport which would be the third alternative
is Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel (HAM):

We'll organize the transfer from the airports in
8-person-taxis.
Price per taxi one way (to be paid cash to the driver) is about
50 Euro from Rostock (30 minutes),
100 Euro from Hamburg Lübeck Blankensee (1 hour),
150 Euro from Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel (1 hour 45 minutes).
The train station is Kroepelin (Kröpelin), 10 minutes away by car.
