EQUIEMOCIÓN
is a private Spanish company founded in 2006, dedicated to training, research,
and human development through Equine Assisted Education methodologies. Based in
Barcelona (Spain), they run their seminars and workshops with Spanish Horses at
the unique facilities of the prestigious stud farm
Yeguada Roja in Sitges
(30kms from Barcelona).
Founder partners, Anna
Alvarez and Carlos Iglesias, work as a multi-skilled team of
professionals that share its business experience and a vast expertise in human
and professional development, altogether with their love for nature and passion
for the interaction between human beings and one of the most wonderful
creatures: "The horse".
Our programs are not riding,
or horsemanship seminars. They are programs aimed to live and experience our own
natural leadership style, and leverage our self consciousness, to get more
effective communication, interpersonal relations and teamwork skills. New
situations, in an open environment away from our day to day life and masterly
helped by horses are conditions that have proved to be amazingly effective to
reach our training goals.
