These three promises are the culmination of a life’s work at the cutting edge of personal, spiritual and leadership development plus fifteen years research and practice as a creator and originator of ‘horse assisted education’.

Following a personal epiphany in 1991, I have been working tirelessly to bring leaders into the realm of the horse. Four years ago, I had the good fortune to meet Gerhard Krebs and Arriana Strozzi and together we began planting the seeds for what is now growing into EAHAE and EGEA.

Even the most self-aware and successful of us, have scant realisation of who we really are as a soul and what power and possibility this implies. We all labour under the illusions of our limiting beliefs and false images and recoil with fear at the challenge to explore the deeper truths that lie within.

We all watch in horror as the consequences of these limiting beliefs ravage the planet with war, crime, pollution, species extinction and climate change.

Horses stand at the boundary between our humanity and our inhumanity. As a clear, unpolluted mirror they give us ruthlessly honest feedback about who we are not and also about who we really are.

With the faithful assistance of my horses, I have coached close to 2,000 individuals from all walks of life into a deeper realisation of their true self and greater possibility. I have also trained dozens of people in the qualities and skills needed to be an outstanding Horse Assisted Coach.
