Úgy érzem, hogy
a coachingban találtam meg azt a területet, amely inspirál, mivel általa
összekapcsolhatom a vezetésben és a sportban szerzett tapasztalataimat.
Külön örömöt
jelent, hogy a folyamatban legkedvesebb trénertársaimmal, a lovaimmal
dolgozhatok együtt és munkánk eredménye fontos felismerésekhez segít hozzá
másokat.
I think I
have found the area which me inspires in the coaching, as through this I can
connect my experiences gained from the sport with those from the leadership.
It means a
special joy in the process, that I can work with my best co-trainers, with
my horses, and the result of our job can provide important recognitions to
others.
