Initially from an Operations
Management background, Jane experienced firsthand the day to day issues and
experiences that people have to deal with at work, yet often feel ill equipped
to cope with. Having had to learn on the job the hard way herself, with little
guidance, she decided that she wanted to equip herself and her colleagues with
their own ‘survival kits’.
Since graduating with a BA honours in
Education and attaining her Human Resources qualifications, Jane Beverley has
spent 12 years in the Human Resources field; recruiting, managing and developing
individuals and teams internationally for some of the world’s household names.
Having worked within and led multinational,
multisite teams, Jane is no stranger to the challenges of maintaining effective
communication. She is skilled in making an immediate impact on individuals and
groups with her ability to quickly determine their needs in a practical manner.
Known for her ability to put people at their ease with her friendly,
approachable manner, she deals with sensitive issues with discretion and tact.
Latterly, Jane’s drive, organisational and
interpersonal skills led her to be involved in global projects and she entered
the project management world, specifically IT systems and software development.
Most recently, her flair for communication,
passion for mentoring, developing and coaching others, and her skill as a
horsewoman led to the founding of Insight HAD.
