Claiming leadership is a very complex task. Learning with horses is a powerful method to broaden one’s range of competences. Training with horses means that “role-playing games” are seriously meant. Interaction with a single horse or a little herd proves one’s ability to act as trusted leader. Tops and flops are both guiding the participant into a new direction. To catch one’s reflexion in the mirror horse is a unique experience.

CV: I am a rider and horsetrainer since 40 years, a father, husband and librarian since 30 years, a project manager for Library Research and Development Projects since 10 years and a convinced equine guided education trainer since 4 years.
