Equinox Coaching is a creative and innovative Management and Leadership Training Company using the help of horses to improve your Leadership and Communication Skills based in Glasgow.

Find out with the help of our horses if you are a direct, cooperative or delegation leader and get an instant experience from from our horses who do not judge you and is 100% honest.

Using exercises like leading a horse from the ground on a rope, our horses and coaches will help you to rediscover your confidence and to find out what kind of a leader you are.

To get a better understanding here is an example of how the programmes work:

A managing director from the RBS came with her team. She was doing the first leading exercise with Colin and led him in front, kept the lead rope very short, was almost dragging him behind her - never looking back to see how he was or if he was comfortable.

At the discussion section afterwards she saw herself and said: "That is exactly what I am doing with my colleagues - I never look back to see how they are gettting on - I just march along regardless." That was what all her colleagues did not like about her leadership style and because nobody told her and she found out herself she will now remember that.

This is the start of our programme and then slowly we are exloring the subjet of trust and respect because horses only follow you if they trust and respect you but the trust has to be earned and does not come from just pretending. Because all the communication is non verbal people have to rely on who they really are and have to cut through the "who I am pretending to be" layer.
