Her practice as a trainer is combined with methodological preparation in the School of Business Trainers (TROP) and post- graduate studies in Polish Academy of Sciences, where she specializes in the field of horses’ influence on developing spirit of leadership.

Since 2000, she has held various projects in the finance department of an international consulting company. Her experience gained by managing teams both in her home country and abroad resulted in her great understanding of the processes leading to the success of the project.

She has been involved with horses from her early childhood. For ten years she’s been running her own horse- riding centre. She is an experienced instructor and a horse therapist.

Both knowledge and interdisciplinary experience helps her support people in aiming for conscious and authentic leadership. Horses are inseparable part of this process.
