Having
lived different business realities, I am deeply convinced that the horse is
a great master of relationship and authentic being: clarity of purpose,
simplicity of action, vision, timing and understanding of those around us
are just some of the topics that the horse offers me every day. The teaching
of the horse is sincere, indiscriminate, authentic and direct, undisputed
qualities to have and find in others.
My goal is to help people and organizations improve the relational and
communication aspects needed to create a more efficient, motivating and
authentic work environment. |
